TOOL MECHANIC MOULD BUILDING TECHNONOLIST (M/F)

DURATION: 3.5 years

To produce parts of plastics, you need at first the relevant moulding tools to bring the products into shape. As a tool mechanic you have to produce such tools, file, drill, mill and turn the single parts and assemble them subsequently.

For your work you need highest accuracy as the parts must fit in the hundredth millimetre range in their later use. For this reason, you work with the most modern CNC equipment which you programme, set-up and service by yourself/autonomously.

	A good technical and mathematical understanding: on this basis you will

	A precise and accurate working method which is extremely important in this job
	Manual skills - as a large part of the work needs to be done manually
	Working autonomously to solve problems
